APH - Minuet

um. Yeah so. I was playing around with Sai and then saw one of my old pictures. I thought it was cool so I based it off of that.

... Yes that is Iceland. I was admiring Yohanna's dress [link] soo I based the dress off of her's.

It is still a he. He was just forced talked into wearing a dress.

And Russia? uh well. I dunno I just thought of him out of no where. I mean, they ARE best friends now. [link]

I realize that I always have a pattern of drawing Russia facing to the side with his eyes closed =_= I will have to stop that. and i apologize for the... er... messiness. yeah
