APH - Cadence of the Lost

Hi. I am back four months later after vigorous gaming and studying. This is dedicated to April 30th, as always. I haven't drawn her in quite and while and I kind of idk'd with the coloring.

Anyway, for those who are not familiar with April 30th, it is the day when Saigon fell. Following after April 30th, there were three wave of runaway immigrants where the 'boat people' had to flee for their lives from the imposing Communist government. The 30th is a unification day and a happier day in Vietnam. Of course, the viewpoints vary.

The numerical amount of those who lost their lives at sea is still unknown. Black April is a bittersweet event where the older generation of the Vietnamese people mourn over their loss as the younger generation become grateful of their ancestors and their new life.
